Paleo Lobster Cobb Salad

          This is adapted from a Wolfgang Puck recipe I stumbled upon....and it is truly delicious.My favorite is the dressing with dijon and shallots.

                                                    Romaine Lettuce
                                                     Diced Tomatoes
                                                     Diced Avocado
                                                     Blanched White Asparagus
                                                     Smoked Organic Applewood Bacon
                                                     Hard Boiled Eggs
                                                     Chopped Lobster

                                           1/4 Balsamic Vinegar
                                            2 TBL Sherry Vinegar
                                            1 TBL Dijon Mustard
                                             Chopped Shallots
                                             1/2 Cup Olive Oil

                               Emulsify.....and enjoy!
